You MUST follow these rules in order to be a part of Shattered Kingdom. If you are caught breaking a rule, you will get a warning. Three warnings and you will be forced to retire a character until you have none left! I will be very strict with this. For additional questions, please make sure you read the FAQ! <-- Click there. :P

1. You cannot play more than one planetary senshi. You may however play a planetary senshi and any other character. For example, you cannot play as Sailor Mercury and Sailor Saturn.. but you may play as Sailor Mercury and Sailor Astarte, or Sailor Mercury and General Psyche. Also, there is a three character limit.

2. There is to be no spamming of any kind. That means, ALL ROLEPLAY POSTS MUST BE AT LEAST FIVE FULL SENTENCES IN LENGTH AT ALL TIMES! I don't feel like this is too hard. Most roleplay groups require something like two paragraphs. I only ask for at least five lines. If it's too hard for you to accomplish, then please do not join.

3. Do NOT, under any circumstances, begin an out of character conversation on a roleplay board. All out of character conversations are to be kept at the OOC board at all times. Even questions pertaining to the roleplay.

4. No harassing other members of the group, and no heavy profanity allowed. Depending on how serious the offense is, this MAY result in IMMEDIATE removal from the roleplay group. Shattered Kingdom accepts people of many kinds of roleplaying levels. We want to create a place for people to have fun and sharpen their roleplaying skills! :)

5. Sexual content is allowed with limitations. No hardcore sex, please. Kissing, making out, getting hot, whatever.. is allowed, but I will not allow the forums to become a center for Sailor Moon cybering. This forum is mature.. so if you don't like seeing things like that, don't join.

6. When you make your own sol, asteroid or mirror senshi, you have complete and utter creative reign over them EXCEPT for the following: All planetary and asteroid senshi fuku must look like the original uniform. The colors are to be kept the same but shade variations are encouraged. They must all be from Japan and have Japanese names that have a MEANING (Ie: Tsukino Usagi means Rabbit of the Moon) They must also keep the same element of power. No senshi are allowed to be related to the original senshi in ANY WAY! That will result in immediate rejection. When making the uniform for a mirror senshi, the uniform MUST have the colors of the original senshi uniform, plus a black body. (Ie: Sailor Arawn is the mirror of Saturn. Her uniform is purple and brown.. and has a black body instead of white.) Color shade varations will be accepted and are encouraged. Also, for a mirror senshi you can mix up the layout of the uniform a bit. (Ie: Arawn has a bare midriff and her collar is as long as a cape.)

Please, for the love of everything that is good and green in this world, do not make characters with odangos unless they are a member of the royal family. Also.. NO MORE PIGTAILS. I am getting so that I weep everytime I see ANOTHER app with pigtails. We also will allow no more orphans or senshi with one parent, no more rich kids, and no more introverted characters for at least now. Also, from here on out, all new applicants must have their senshi already be awakened!

7. A picture when submitting your character application is MANDATORY. We would also prefer it to be of them in their uniform.

8. Do not use the English dub terms such as "scouts", or any of the transformation layouts. For example, ALL TRANSFORMATIONS must have "Make Up!" on the end of them.

9. If the storyline is currently in a battle, do NOT make your attacks hit someone. If you aim an attack at someone, let them decide whether they get hit or dodge it. Also, this goes to say that you cannot make your character dodge every attack! Be fair or I shall punish you! Also, do not try and make your character unbelievably strong. It just doesn't work that way. Nor does making your character unrealistically get out of situations they normally would not get out of on their own.

10. You MUST post at least once every week. If for some reason you cannot post, or you are going to be going away for a while, let me know! I feel that is a fair amount of time. If you're not gonna post at least once a week, why did you join? When you tell me you are going on away, DO NOT POST AT ALL. It's more frustrating for you to post once every week and a half than it is for you to not post at all. Also, if you are going away, REMOVE YOUR CHARACTER FROM A THREAD THEY ARE IN. It's very rude to leave people hanging! Anyone who does not remove their character from an active thread will receive a point for it now. Also, as of today you are not allowed to go on away for more than four weeks a time. If you're going to be away for that long, you might as well quit. Excessive aways are also no longer going to be tolerated.

11. For each rule broken, you will be given a point. Three points and you are OUT. If you have more than one character, for reach time you reach three points, you lose a character. If you lose your last character, you're gone. Also, to coincide with this... if you apply for another character after you already have one and we either feel you cannot handle it, or we want to see improvement from you first, we reserve the right to tell you that you cannot have a second character at the time.

12. Let me stress that whether you are playing a senshi or a villain, you need to be reading all the boards! Because you need to know what's going on with both the villains and the senshi. If you're a senshi and you've been abducted, you start posting in the villain board.. if you're a villain and you want to attack the senshi, you need to post on the city & neighboorhood board. Make sense?

13. No one can make someone else transform. The only way a senshi can transform is if they themselves hold up their transformation item and scream out their transformation phrase. Got it? Good. (This rule came from a member in the very beginning of the RPG liking to force people to transform. Needless to say, that person is no longer with us.)

14. You MUST be able to plot and advance the storyline. Communication with other members is a must. None of this running around aimlessly picking fights and eating candy. We have a storyline for a reason. It needs to advance, and YOU need to help thinking of ideas. If I get an over abundance of "I don't know", you will be spoken to about it. 15. So that I know you read the rules, put "Neptune Planet Power, Make Up" on your application. Failure to do so will result in not being accepted.
